Steve, we had the Dometic one is our Casita and it worked very well although it was a real heat generator so we baked at no more than 320 which was an arbitrary temp we decided we we comfortable with. With this one (Contour) the results are good but we had to increase temps and times a bit - could be a function of what's coming out of the pedestal at the RV Park we are currently in. Cabinet area does stay cool though so we don't have the concerns we had with running the Dometic in the Casita. The microwave works well too with just a few (15-20) extra seconds needed to get things to the same level as the Dometic. We really like having the extra counter top space as we rarely use the cooktop opting for a single propane burner outside or an electric induction cooktop - also generally outside - most of the time.
