Don’t pay for off site parking or I’d move . Our trailer is right at home . Still too pricey for me .I wouldn’t even consider anything over 1500. Pat

If the OP is unable to reverse with a tow vehicle into the spot, one of the movers mentioned would be my choice.

I pay $50 CAD for a great parking spot 2 minutes from home. I gotta have a place to park one of my three trailers. Right now my cargo trailer loaded with tools is in my attached garage, my dump trailer on the front yard which is being landscaped, and the Escape over at the rental spot. When I am done working here I will need another parking spot.

Sometimes moving is a HUGE multi thousand dollar ordeal and not worth it for many. A paid parking spot can be way cheaper.

When I finally finish and sell our project home we will move to another of our homes to fix up for our last place. This lot has a large paved alley so we are in good shape for parking at home. Though, we might take some time before kicking the tenant out and tow our trailer around for a while.

I'm glad this is not a problem for me, one of the advantages of being in the business I'm in I have a 30,000 sf warehouse to keep our Escape in. The idea of spending 1,500.00 or more just for something to park it would be hard for me to justify I think.

Enjoy the journey.

Is there a trailer dolly, battery or gas that you would recommend? I would need it to be able to handle the slope (a gentle one, but still a slope) getting the trailer in and out of the yard? Or, should I just accept I will need to park it in the front of the house.

When previewing the house the alley looked just fine. But, I was really excited, after several months of looking to find a house that ticked most of the boxes. I figure either I just wanted it to be wider or the realtor's patter about how great alley access was for my trailer made it look wider. In any event it I really should have paid more attention. Sigh.
We use a Parkit360 electric dolly. Check your grade because there are limits.

I have looked at the Parkit and that would be my consideration for our 19 . Just make sure about the grade and get extra for the weight . Pat
