Possible 120 issue?

So my Dad is visiting from out of town and stayed in the trailer last night because it has A/C and our guest room does not, and he plugged his iPhone charger into both 120 outlets and didn't get any charging. The A/C was on but other than that and light nothing else should have been (he was using the facilities in the house so no pump use).
We've never used it plugged in so haven't even tried using anything in those outlets outselves. Is there some stupid thing I should know but don't to make it work? Or is the household circuit just only able to run the A/C and nothing else?
(Disclaimer: I haven't searched the forums, and haven't looked in the manual, we're about to leave for breakfast. If anyone can give me a quick "here's the dumb thing you didn't know that makes it work" that would be great, but if it sounds like something more serious I can do research tonight!)

Perhaps your GFIC has tripped, otherwise check your converter box and insure all the circuit breakers are on.

And if it needs resetting, be sure to press it down firmly!

Thanks!!
It all works fine now, after resetting the GFI in the trailer, and then a day later realizing the GFI in the garage (same circuit the trailer is plugged in to) had also popped, and resetting that one. Not sure what caused what, but haven't had any issues in a couple days, and my Dad is still sleeping in the trailer. He thinks it's so comfortable he never moved into the guest room in the house!!

Hi: cpaharley2008... I love simple!!! I do it so well it's the first thing I look for.
On my bro-n-laws mamouth 5th. all it took to trip the GFI was a ring of corrosion around the wire at the push in connection. Cleaned the wire and reconnected... didn't need the new one he bought so he has a spare GFI recepticle now. Alf
