Possible propane leak

Hello! We purchased our camper used last year and finally got to take it out last week. We noticed that every time we turned the burners on to cook, we got light headed almost right away. We have a carbon/fire detector that did go off one time but that was after having the stove on for 10+ minutes.
Has anyone experienced something similar? All of our windows were open as well as the door. Also had 3 fans going.
I’ve got a call into a local rv technician and am waiting to hear back.

DO NOT USE THE STOVE!!

There is a known issue with some Suburban stoves where the gas fitting loosen.

The RV tech should be able to diagnose and correct the issue.

If you are handy you can probably do it yourself.

Search this forum for plenty of info.

I started these threads after the stovetop exploded in my face, frying my eyelid lashes, eye lashes, and what little forehead hair I still have.

There are other threads and those who have had much larger explosions. So far no one that we know has been hospitalized, or died, but ETI is doing nothing but sticking their head in the sand.

Food for thought,

Perry
