Question for the Quartzite veterans

Apologize for getting a little off topic here - wanted to ask a question regarding my arrival into Quartzite. When we first arrive there at the beginning of February, assuming we'll be parking at Dome Rock area with the other eggs, do you first have to find a place to get your BLM permit? If so, where do you find this?

Go set up the trailer then head to the registry setup on the road leading to Dome Rock. It is on the north side of the road just as you hit the Dome Rock area. It is a real easy setup to use, manned by a friendly camper.
