Would it not follow that if you don’t have a black tank , then you don’t have a black tank vent or the black tank drain piping . Since you don’t have a toilet or hot water or any of the associated plumbing one could argue that technically you do not have a bathroom ?
My point is that if one decides to delete something that is standard equipment then one should know all that deletion entails.
Sometimes the initial savings are only illusionary

A minor consideration - without a toilet you will need to camp within 500' of a pit toilet at any of theBLM Long Term Visitor Areas in CA & AZ.

and no bath room means it may not qualify as second residence for interest write offs if a loan is used.

Sounds just like our 17A. We have no bathroom (we have a porta-potty in a cabinet under the bed, so, No, we don't take 500 ft. walks in the middle of the night.), and have no hot water heater. ETI brought the cold water up under the sink, and Tee'd it to both inputs, so you get water with either control. The only water use is the sink, so we have no grey tank either, just a hose connection at the exterior to go to our 5 gal. grey bucket.
It's all super convenient. No need ever to haul the trailer to a dump station.

How convenient is it to drag that 5 gal. bucket to the dump, or do you just tip it over?

I’ve seen two types of systems like this —-#1) The bucket has a drain hole in the bottom so the gray water can slowly seep out —#2) The bucket is open to the atmosphere on top , acting as an system overflow . Both methods work well and require little to no attention
Normally the bucket / pail is set on the backside of the trailer out of view for aesthetic reasons

when I had a tent trailer with no holding tanks, I used old liquid laundry detergent 2 gallon jugs to hold the grey water output... I cut an old garden hose off to about 18" long, would screw that onto the drain and feed directly into one of the detergent jugs.

That works, but may not be closed enough to be legal at some camping locations.

Put in the hot water - you need it to wash your hands in these covid times. Plus not having it will lower the resale value.

Actually, you don't need hot water to clean hands properly.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering how they would handle the hook-ups under the kitchen sink. For my trailer, ETI said they will cap off the hot input under the kitchen sink since the faucet only has one control. I wonder if water would end up sitting in the hot water input? Maybe I could just install a T-connection as you had mentioned. I also plan on using an RV size porta-potty until I install a composting toilet.

Good general advice in the article..... From a scientific study-based point, you actually don't need hot water. It's really the friction that is most powerful for mechanical removal. Soap inactivates the SAR-CoV2 by disrupting their fat containing envelope. Also, soap helps with mechanical removal so it's great to combine with good hand washing technique. Not needing hot water is a good factoid to know since washing with cold water and soap is actually better than hand sanitizers. We are talking about removing microbes and not cleaning up greasy dishes of course. : )

I actually teach Micro and do a lab exercise on this. It's a fun one. : )

Might not, but when it's cold outside sure does feel better than cold water.
