Here are the instructions I received June 2019 from Dave Warren, Escape Parts and Service Manager for replacing a rear LED on the back:
"Hi Don, yes you will cut away the seal unscrew the light from the trailer. Where the screws are will be obvious when you get the new one. You would put Proflex in the hole where the wire goes to get a good water tight seal, re screw the light back in and Pro-flex around the light once installed."
Removing the old Proflex was tedious, but used a combination of box cutter (careful not to cut into the fibreglass), plastic scraper and, most effective, thumbnails. Alcohol to remove thin areas of old sealant.
