Replacing RML8555 to Sell 5.0 ?

Hello All Escapees. I’m getting ready to Sell my 2014 5.0 TA but need a new fridge. My question is since I’m here in North Carolina should I just go ahead and replace the fridge or would there be interest without an operating fridge(perhaps a handy person could install themselves). My original is the RML8555 and I’m looking into a Norcold model.
The world is crazy currently and I’m unsure of Norcold availability and timeline for new fridge.Got a reliable RV guy to do work
I apologize in advance if this is not the correct area to post this.

Who can say?

Your option is to replace the frig or sell "as is" now. Any future buyer may want a different brand or style of frig. It's a peculiar Escape and economic market these days, so I'd give it a try, with an adjustment to your asking price. That.....or wait for a replacement to show up.

In today's market I'd sell "As Is" with an appropriately adjusted price.

Note (and explain to potential purchasers) that warranties on such appliances typically are to the original purchaser only, so if you replace it would likely not transfer to the new owner - IMO best for them to choose what they want and have it done themselves so they get that warranty; the 'net cost' for each party should be a 'wash'.

YMMV / just for your consideration. No need to wish 'good luck with sale', it'll go in a flash!

“As Is “5.0

Very good point on warranty loss -something I never thought about.I think I’m taking the suggestions and try “As Is“ with option for fridge replacement.THANK YOU All.
