I'd sit on that idea for a while.
BTW, my sister as a kid, sat on a porcelain toilet, which shattered under her and carved the backside of her knee badly. She still has the scar.

You don't really have to put your face near the bowl with the lever flush, but yes, we do like the foot flush so we added it.

I shut the lid before flushing, both at home and on the road.

Hi Robert,
I thought being former law enforcement you'd want to see "what's going down." What comes around goes around.

Stinkin Lincoln

This August I will start my second time in the third grade at Stinkin Lincoln Elementary School. Miss Gritzner is still the principal and she is 134 years old. My teacher will be Miss Wilcox, she's 91 and a very nice person. Can't wait for Halloween and the old burning lunch sack on the porch gig.

except you also needed a house with a door bell, you would ring it and then hide and watch the owner stomp on the bag. However today, most homes do not have a door bell, some have a camera attached to their phone, so you may be caught and then get your picture posted on Facebook, instant fame.

I think you need to change that from "most houses" to "a few houses". Not that it has anything to do with the thread, but the 'Ring' doorbell/camera/smartphone thing is still pretty rare.

This forum software and my Tapatalk app could really use some sort of "bookmark" feature to indicate when the original question and all useful discussion have ended, and the thread takes a "turn" into joking around off topic. Sort of "if you wish to save time and only read useful stuff, stop here. If you wish to read only humor and distraction, start here."

This forum is a community and a conversation. It is not a technical reference manual, where you ask a question and only get the answer you want.
And, you are not the only one reading the threads, even if you posted the original question. There are others who find value in the responses.

I still don't get it. If one walks up to a house, how does one let the owner know someone's at the door? Just bang on the door? What is the point here of no doorbell? Are you supposed to call them on the phone? How silly. And what if you don't know them? I don't have a smart phone and even if I did, I don't see how this works. What if one is looking for help or directions or something and don't know the people at the house? Oh, I get it...that's so '90s or last century to actually talk to people to get help.
