Some folks have had various issues over the years and done remedial repairs.

What exactly has failed or is damaged?

Issues with rock guard support rods

Hello thanks for your response, sorry it took me a while to get back with you.
One of the arms broke at the junction near the window, and the other arm became twisted and became so stiff that I had to remove it to close the window shield.

Wonder who would supply a replacement if not a duplicate. Here is what mine looks like. Hope that helps. Maybe an RV salvage yard?

2018 rock guard window support arms research

This is what we learned over weeks of work: Hehr Industries made the Rock windows that Escape Industries installed in their trailers at least through 2018 when we bought our Escape 19. Lippert Industries bought Hehr Industries and closed them. This forced Escape Industries to have to do a significant remodel of their design for the front window. Lippert Industries did not care and does not care what they did to many of us. We reached deep into the industry and have been told that there are no parts that will work from Hehr Industries (doors and windows). We managed to fix our arm that had snapped off by cutting it slightly shorter, drilling a new hole and fixing it back. This is scary for the future. The way I understand it, we would not be able to just purchase a new window if it needed replacement that would easily fit into the 2018 Escape 19 - though we were not trying to do that - just replace the arm. Escape Industries told us they do not think the new Rock Window that Lippert (etrailer.com) now provides will fit in where the old Hehr Industry window fit as they are a different depth.

I have a lot of pictures to go with our posting on the Rock Window - but can't manage to get them to post. Sorry about that. If I start a topic - it is easy to post pictures - but I find impossible when I comment.
