Sharing battery replacement info FWIW on 17B

On the 17B I replaced the rear bumper mounted battery with a 120ah valve regulated AGM battery. The thing of note, I think is this 85 lb battery fits into the existing battery box.

My wet lead acid battery finally failed and this is the replacement.

Only posting this to show as an option, not to start another battery thread.

Ordered from Amazon although now indicated as not available, I believe a contact to NPP (National Power Products in California) will help.

NPP HR12390W FR 12Volt 2340Watts,390 Watts/Cell, Flame Retardant High Rate UPS Battery, 12V 120Ah 12Volt AGM Sealed Lead Acid Rechargeable Battery (1 Pack)

I just posted about a battery. I have a 2005 17b and got a new battery put in and am home now nothing works. No electricity no battery. There was a spark when he installed it on the white wire when he connected it after the black wire. Do you have any advice?

Have you checked your fuses? Pull them right out ( one at a time ) and examine carefully.

No, I don't know how to do that and I am so inexperienced. I am nervous that something got majorly screwed up. Would it be common that the fuses would be blown from someone installing a battery? What am I looking for? I think this is under the dinette on the base of the outside of the bottom part of the dinette?

Yup. That's where the fuses are on mine. I dropped a wire while replacing my propane gas detector and it hit a table support stored in the bench. Sparked and blew a fuse. I keep a supply of spare fuses for such ineptness.
The fuses are there to prevent something major getting screwed up.

Thank you for the picture for reference! I might just take it back to them to make sure something isn't screwed up. I don't have any extra fuses. I will call them first thing in the morning - the service shop that installed it.
