Check the main breaker, if you have a EMS, check the display for an error message, check for loose connections at the main breaker, neutral buss, and, if you have one, the detachable trailer inlet twist lock receptacle). A volt meter would be handy...

Also, dosen't the converter (battery charger) have its own breaker?
Yes, a multi-meter is like the trailer spare tire, don't leave home without it.

On my panels the main breaker is the top one. Flip it off and on.
Also, the converter breaker is the one under it. Flip it off and on also.

There is a 2 minute time delay when hooking up to outside power. I think it allows your EMS to analyze the incoming electricity and verify polarity.

Hope you have already done this, but sometimes it's missed. Make sure the power post circuit breakers are on. I turn them off when I plug in and turn them on when all is connected. When I unplug, I click them off.

That’s what I was going to ask the poster if they had made sure the power was on at the post. And if the 30 amp isn’t working try the 20 or the 50
If you have an adapter. Adapters, don’t leave home without them.

Last year we stopped at (name redacted) RV Park in Galllup, N.M. Plugged in at the site assigned to find no power. In fact, no power at the pedestal whatsoever. Before moving, we checked the adjacent empty sites with a digital meter. The second empty site had power!! Only then did we move. The lesson is: Carry a digital meter and know how to check AC and DC circuits.
