Sliding Screen Door

The top of the screen has partially pulled out of the frame ( my fault) and the screen is now loose and has a crease/ripple horizontal on the right half. I've pushed the screen back into the track up top but it is barely in there and the ripple is still there. The looseness of the screen is making the opening and closing difficult and at times it only closes half way.
1) has anyone else had this problem?
2) anyone know how to remedy this?

Thank you
-Rich

There's a manual in the Document Center, you might see if it contains any information that helps you: Vista Plus Screen Door

John in Santa Cruz has a post about him installing a whole new one.
Might try searching for it.

You might have some luck with increasing the tension on the roller. I think the pdf Donna referred to has some info on doing that. (My own screen is wearing out, much as you describe, although I don’t have the horizontal wrinkle yet. Increasing the roller tension has helped somewhat.) Good luck with it!
