Two of my windows were loose enough to fish track, but the 3 larger ones that was impossible. It’s what I tried first before pulling the panes. I hope it works for you. It did not for me.

I'm thinking that I should have some of the rubber track on hand before I take things apart just in case I can't get that wrinkle out of the original piece so I've asked ETI if they might have some on hand.

Did you get them working?

My rear passenger side window by the bed still is very tight, and the bottom run channel on the front half still bunches up some. I did not glue the upper or lower front half pieces of the run channel to enable pane removal in the future if needed. Not sure how I will get this resolved yet.

I've kind of stalled on it Randy. I have the trailer put away for the winter and although I can still access it I've kind of let it slip.
I contacted Lippert and they refused to even answer any questions, instructing me to take the trailer to an authorized warranty repair centre. I have no intention of doing that.
I reached out to ETI a couple of weeks ago asking if I might be able to get a few feet of the rubber track and they've never got back to me.

This is pretty simple, so I don’t see how a repair center could really mess this up. It might take a long time though. I’d be inclined to look for a mobile tech, but that’s just me. Hope you get it sorted out before heading out again. Let the forum know if help is needed.

That’s one reason (not the only) I bought an Escape instead of another Bigfoot. This forum is very knowledgeable. I wish you the best. The Florida storm is bringing us rain tomorrow as we head into Cades Cove.
