Question Solar Controller Flashing

I've got a new 2021 19 with Solar options. Electrical and charging all seem to work fine, but the controller goes into a flashing mode at random times; seems to be triggered by either connect/disconnect to AC or turning things on like the fan. I understand it's supposed to flash if it detects voltage over 15.5, but my reading will range from 13 to 17 when this occurs. Once it settles down, usually after a soft reset, voltage reads in the normal range of 13-14. It will also go into this mode immediately if I disconnect via the battery disconnect switch. I can't say if this is a problem with the solar controller or the converter/charger. I've got a question out to Escape on this, but thought I'd mention it here in case others have encountered something similar.

Thumbs up

I believe I found the source of this problem. Escape suggested disconnecting the positive battery lead entering the solar controller when the flashing occurs - to see if it would stop it. In preparing to test that, I found the positive battery lead to be very loose at the controller connection, and the other 3 somewhat so. After tightening all connections down, that problem seems to have subsided. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I made the same discovery when I was installing a breaker/switch between the solar panel and the controller. All the connections took at least 2 full turns to tighten.
