So not sure what is going on here? I've been unable to clean this stain, which makes me think something is bleaching thru from underneath? Also feeling the floor there, it isn't even, there is a slight small dip under part of the stain.

It kind of looks like mold. If there is a dip under the stain could it be that somehow water got into the plywood floor base and the dip you are feeling is rotten wood and mold coming through the vinyl?

Maybe? I did have a leak due to an improperly sealed external fridge access. The water made it under the floor vinyl in the floor cabinets next to this stain.
I’ve raised a ticket with Escape. Hopefully they will get back to me.

Pull it up and take a look, this was markings made on the plywood during the build that eventually came through.
Escape worked with me to get things right, the trick was having someone capable of doing the work.

What did you end up doing? Seems like a major job to replace considering the flooring goes in first with all the cabinets on top of it.

Interesting! We have some similar staying, although not as large. I've never been able to remove it. I never thought about bleed thru.

I bought new flooring and had a floor guy do the install, Escape reimbursed me for it all. Luckily he has a RV himself and could handle the job. Without his RV experience it wouldn’t have turned out nearly as nice as it did. The baseboard is really fragile, make sure to paint over the whatever is causing your issue with some kilz so it wont comeback again.
