Stain removal -

Son-in-law came through.
Steven was here this afternoon with his polishing kit, working on his car, and he addressed the stains that appeared on the front driver-side of the Escape.
I had tried Bug 'n' Tar and mild polish by hand without success.
He went at it with his Porter Cable orbital polisher and product shown.
Nice job.

Well, with that much abrasive, it'll remove anything Glenn. I'm assuming he went back over it with a finer polish to remove the swirls and get the gloss back?

That stuff is a polish with very little cut. I had it recommended for shining up an older car that brought it to a really nice shine.

He has bottles of every grade, and the patience to use them properly.
He's been working on his Pilot for two hours and figures he'll be done in another hour.

True, it's not a compound, but as polishes go, it's on the coarse side, no?
