I just wanted to say that it's service like this (actively monitoring customers and both fixing the problems for the future and offering free retrofits) that impresses me. I haven't purchased an Escape yet (the plan is to have a new trailer for the 2014 season, so I've got a bit of time yet) but I very much like what I'm seeing here.
