I recently picked up my 21c. I recently switched my propane tanks to full tanks in anticipation of a trip (before lockdown). Ever since I switched tanks I have noticed a strong smell of propane! I haven’t checked for leaks on the hoses yet, just checking that there’s not something else I should have done when changing tanks.

You probably have a leak on your propane hose connection. A dishwashing soap and water mixture will find it but the soap can corrode the fittings if not rinsed off.
I use this stuff - detects very small leaks and cheap enough to use. It comes with an applicator in the bottle.
These are your tanks or trade ins?
Connection is tight?
Have you used the propane before? being a new to you trailer.
The smell is outside at the tanks, right?
Have had that happen when tanks are overfilled. Also, have you seen how they expend gas at the end? I always use gloves after they finish filling and put them in the front box afterwards.
