Suburban stove with oven fix

On our 2018, 21C I had recurring problems with the rear top burners when the small assembly screws would vibrate loose and fall out.

I solved this by cleaning up the loose parts, reassembly of the burners using Locktite Blue on the threads and making 2 foam rubber pads to minimize movement while traveling (see pictures). Blocks made from 2" x 2" foam air conditioner insulation available at most big box home centers.

My left side back burner and center front one used to come apart on a regular basis. Funny the right rear burner has never come a part. I fixed mine by bolting the burner together.
There is a dimple in the top burner cap that lines up with the hole in that piece of strap metal on the bottom that’s holds the burner in place. I very carefully drilled a hole down thru that plate and put a stainless steel screw with lock washer and nut on it. Tighten carefully.
Has not come apart since in 4 years.

I'm sure that's solid. I'm not sure everyone is comfortable with drilling a gas burner but both solutions work. Happy camping Jake.
