Switch Issue in Overhead Light Fixtures

The rocker switches in our trailer are not working well. Two of them do not make contact on the "low" (single side) position, make contact intermittently when wiggled, and feel rough.

Is this a common issue?

Can the switches be replaced or do the fixtures need to be replaced?

Are the fixtures easy to remove without damaging the padded ceiling material?

Switch problems are not common. I would see if ETI would send you replacements free of charge.
