Tail Light Mystery

I have a 2018 Escape 19. Bought it used so it is new to us and we are new RV'ers. It has a go power solar panel, go Power Inverter, (which is off), and the EMSHW30C surge protection system. Several weeks ago while prepping the camper for its maiden voyage we noticed the rear passenger brake and turning lights were on. The camper was not hooked to my truck and the batteries were turned off. The next day the problem was gone. Today after not using the camper for a week and a half the lights are back on. My batteries are at 100% and I thought this might be something the solar system does to drain off extra power, however after reading my manuals there is no mention of this.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check the 7 pin connector. Is it damp or dirty?

Definitely not related to the solar panel.

I had a problem with tail lights on. It was caused by moisture that had accumulated behind a dust cover I had put on the trailer 7 pin connector. I removed the cover, dried and cleaned the connector and the problem was resolve.
