Thermal frameless window problem

My arms on my window have come unconnected. I was able to slide the window and put them back in the track but one arm wheel is only half a wheel so wants to pop out. Any ideas. I have sent an email to ETI but we are in southern Arizona and not near a repair place. Anyone know if you can replace just the arms.

I got it closed now so not sure I want to risk opening it and having the arms pop out again. On the road so don’t want to screw it up. On the bottom of the frameless window the arms attach with rollers (wheels)that go in a grove track on the bottom of the window. One roller(wheel) is only half a wheel the other is ok. Wondering if you can replace parts or does the whole window have to go

Under window parts they sell four different size arms for Hehr windows. Not sure which one you need but I’m quite sure you can just replace the arm.

Thanks so much. I may order a spare but I will let ETI handle it for now. Nice to know part is available

I have similar problem where arms popped out (though the wheels are not broken). Can you explain how you got the wheels back into the track? I can't figure that out.

Window control arm track

Our passenger side front and back window openers had the arms bent and rollers pushed out of their tracks when someone tried to open the windows with the awning retracted. The only way I could figure out fixing them was to drill the rivets out that hold the openers in the window frames (One on each side of the crank), straighten the arms, and reinsert the rollers in the tracks from one end of the window. There is a plastic spacer that goes between the roller arms to limit their travel. I used 1/2” machine screws with nuts to reinstall the openers in the frames to make it easy to repair if/when it happens again.......

Thanks...that's what I was thinking, but didn't the nut or head of the machine screws get in the way of the arms when they were fully retracted?

Greg/Kathy....In case this happens again, and even regarding the roller replacement.... I called Hehr and their customer service folks were wonderful. ParKin is just a distributor. Hehr is, I guess, part of Lippert Components. Phone number 989-345-3061 might get you to customer service. They sent me out, at no cost, a pair of their original bronze rivets to repair the initial problem. Had to by a rivet gun for $16, but that was total cost, and now I also own a rivet gun. They were great to deal with and spent time with me, and, I'm sure, could probably offer solutions.
