After keeping my batteries on a tender in my garage all winter, I just re-installed them in my 21C, only to find the power tongue jack not working. The other 12V stuff worked, but not at first- took a few minutes. The inline fuse to the jack is OK. Does anyone know if the 7-pin connector from my tv (F150) will provide enough current to operate the jack directly without a functioning trailer battery?

Yes, but the newer F150s need to be put in gear for a bit before the charge line becomes live.
