Mike, your post is a bit confusing. You state that water is on the floor below the bench/cabinet on the driver’s side. There is no bench near the bathroom door in the 5.0TA, only on either side and possibly behind the dining table. Did you mean step, ie., the steps up to the sleeping loft. Can you post a photo of exactly where the water is appearing?
The previous people who posted both had good suggestions. First, I would get buckets of water or run a hose into the trailer and fill the sink continually and do the same for the bathroom floor, watching the floor to see exactly where the water is coming from. This will tell you if it is the drain that is leaking. If you find no leaks, I would run a hose to the trailer to the “city water” connection so that you “pressurize” the trailer’s plumbing. You did not indicate if the leakage occurs when connected to city water or when running the 12v pump. The leak may only occur when the system is pressured and it doesn’t take much to depressurize the system when the pump is providing water from the fresh water tank. Have someone else turn on the water and again observe the area where the water appears. In either case, you should unquestionably determine if it is a drain or a supply leak. It may help to slightly raise the driver’s side of the trailer as water tends to run straight downhill on a solid surface unless, of course, it gets “detoured” by an unseen obstacle that woks like a berm.
