Water tank heating pads

I have a question about my 2019 5.0ta water tank heating pads
The manual that came with them from ETI says they are dual 120 and 12 volt. When I turn on the switches for the 12 volt I get 1 red led in my fuse panel ( no fuse installed ) and 2 leds for the second switch ( no fuses installed). My question is what size fuse and why 3 leds for 2 switches. Also how can I tell if the 120 volt is hooked up since there is no 120volt switches or breaker labeled for heat pads. Is it on all the time with a thermostat built in?
I reached out to ETI but have not been able to get an answer on the 120v yet

To the best of my knowledge Escape does not hook tank heat pads up to 120V AC - only 12V DC.

My heat pads are wired only 12v although they can be wired 120. Basically, you need 120v to run them no matter how wired. The current draw is simply too much. You should have toggle switches to control the pad or each tank. I have a September ‘21 build.

Yes, that was the way mine was. Never used the heaters and I have since acquired 4 more Escapes without the tank heaters. I found the trailer furnace is adequate to keep the fresh tank from freezing, even down to single digits. We always get the foam spray for extra insulation.

Early 19's had the switch where the OP shows. I found a couple pictures. It also used to be only one switch which was changed. The reason I can think of is that maybe some users had an empty fresh tank (used a heated hose with campground water service) but still wanted to energize only the gray tank heat pad separately. These pads aren't very practical though because without additional measures (i.e. antifreeze, heat trace) the gray tank outlet will still freeze if it gets cold enough. Reace actually used to try to talk buyers out of getting the heat pads.
