Wet Mattress

Help! Our E19 has been parked at our house for a couple months (our last trip was in late October). I had the MaxxFan popped open as well as the bathroom vent until a couple weeks ago when we were going to be getting a series of storms. I closed both vents in anticipation of the storms and they’ve been closed ever since. Today I went into the trailer to find the entire mattress damp and even yellowing in places!! Do I have a leak somewhere or is this all from moisture buildup in the trailer? What should I do?

i've got a maxxfan deluxe in my 21, haven't had any dripping from them. had quite a bit of dropping from the Vanair Ventline over the toilet, apparently I need to replace a foam gasket and re-seal it. I have had quite a bit of condensation on the windows that drips on the edge of the mattress and the dinette, this has been a problem every winter.

I never open vents or windows during storage. Too much sideways rain where I live. I use a passive dehumidifier. IF electricity is available you can get an electric one.

This is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/Dri-Z-Air-DZA...60/ref=sr_1_2?

I can purchase bags of the crystals for 99 cents and typically go through 4-6 bags a year.

Hi: Donna D... My wife buys Moisture Eliminator brand at the Dollar Store. Pop open, remove the foil seal, and replace the grill top. Cheap and effective I say. Alf

Is the mattress more soaked on the side next to the rear? If so check the sealant around your upper marker lights. Even though ETI long ago eliminated the much longer lenses prone to warping that area would allow water in behind them if not sealed properly.

We had a huge leak, approx 2" deep, in our bathroom area and realized we had not cleaned out the weep holes in the window.
