Watercraft and the 5.0, it’s like the Kobayashi Maru test at Starfleet Academy.

If you want a rigid hull you are looking at a front hitch mounted Goal Post type mount. Did not want the hassle or the expense of this type of set up. After we brought our 5th home we decided we would keep using our Aire Traveler inflatable canoe that we used with our truck camper. It’s a great boat, for lake travel and large rivers we throw on a rowing frame and can keep up with most rigid hulls. On smaller, faster rivers we can use kayak or canoe paddles. It even has a motor mount for a small outboard. It’s a pretty good all around boat, then…

Last fall I tried a SUP (standing upright paddleboard) on a local lake and I think I have found my PRECIOUS, they are so much fun. They pack down into a medium size backpack and only take minutes to set up. You have great visibility, they have great reviews from people with back and shoulder problems, since you are paddling from an upright position. I’m hooked. Looking forward to trying out a couple of the different inflatable models this summer on the local lakes, and smaller rivers. Thank you, Captain Kirk. Happy Holidays, Scott

(Sorry, meant Stand up paddle board). Not standing up paddle board. Up late last night wrapping. Happy Holidays. Scott
