Zamp solar

My 2018 21’ has go power170 on the roof and I want to add a renogy suitcase 100w.
What is the preferred way to attach the zamp solar port to the stock solar controller .

I see either an adapter taking both solar inputs and one output to controller or a simple splice.

Since the GoPower 170w and the Renogy 100w have different amp outputs and you probably have a PWM solar controller, it would be best to connect the two solar panels in parallel at the solar controller input terminals.

The wires from the roof panel and the wires from the Zamp port should fit under the solar controller input terminals - just connect + to + and - to -.
