This is Don and Brenda from NJ. I keep swirling around with decisions. Our current Casita is a little small for us and the dog who is having hip issues. Plus my Mom would like to join us so I keep going back and forth between a 21 and the new 5.0....

Also, as I get my add ready to sell my casita, how did you work your sales. What I am concerned about is making sure I get the money...so did you require a bank check/certified check? How did you work the title? What about them getting liscence plates to tow things home?
