Most have said that they will supply a wall mount shower valve if you delete the sink, but that is model dependent. That works for the 17/19/5.0/23 but not for the 21 as the water supply lines run...

I had ETI delete the sink and terminate the supply lines just through the wall on our 2020 21C. I then built a small counter cap to fit over those pipes and installed a faucet/shower diverter valve....
