Dometic 9500E Model 231 Power Awning adjustments

This is my awning. It was installed on a 2020 Escape Industries 21NE



I want to adjust the fabric tension. I found this on page 10 of the Operating Instructions.

Need drawer pull ID. Do you know?

I am adding a drawer in my 2020 escape 21 N E. I want to find an aftermarket drawer pull identical to this. I think it’s an Amrock but I’m not sure. Do you happen to know?

2017 Escape 19 $37,000 in Acworth GA

I am the second owner of this Escape. The first owner bought an Oliver after less than a year of ownership. We are selling as we bought a larger Escape so our grandkids can go camping with us.

Tighten slack in Dometic E9500 awning

The awning has much too much slack in it. I downloaded the instructions and I can't for the everlovin' daylights find the "Extension or Retraction adjustment screw"

There really is no one reason. I'd like a bigger sleep area for grandkids - a cot. I'd like the lift kit - so sewage draining is easier. I'd like a manual awning - if the power one breaks it's $$$....

Thank you for the reply. It seems to take anywhere from 10 minutes to right away for the fridge to "see" AC supply. I did remove the panel and "jiggle" the AC plug.
