Okay, that's an interesting idea, and it would work. It would require lifting the tongue very high to pull the coupler all the way up from the bed floor to clear the tonneau cover, and lining it up...

This doesn't quite make sense, because no trailer is used to transport people. I think what he meant is that CSA standards for recreational vehicles (so travel trailers but not livestock trailers)...
