Dave, looks like you've done more to fix this issue than anyone I've seen. Maybe it's just a bad cooling unit? Hate to think of the cost of replacement, especially if you get the same problem.

Agreed. I think I steered this thread off topic. It might be worth starting one to discuss the viability of ac/dc vs absorption, but it has nothing to do with baffles.
