My cooling unit went out, and I know another one in a 5.0 picked up in December went out also. They may be flukes. Since the serial numbers on those two refrigerators only differed by 4, I’m assuming...

You also get to keep the horse. Secretariat runs on a treadmill that powers a generator that runs the refrigerator, and at her age, she doesn't eat much hay. It's a turn-key operation.

Dometic Replacement Cooling Unit

For your information, an Amish company makes replacement cooling units for Dometic refrigerators. From what I read, they are constructed to a higher standard than OEM, and they are highly recommended...
