factory by pass is installed by Escape, but you may want to ask reace to install the E-Z winterizing valve that lets your pump suck in your antifreeze conveniently.

You already have a bypass installed in your Escape by the factory, located under the bed, 2 plastic valves located behind the water heater, if you close them then you will by pass your water heater....
