1200lbs is maybe on the upper side, but not that far off. That window unit's probably a bit more efficient than the RV rooftop units, and I think the duty cycle on the electric water...

To do without propane entirely and still have hot water and air conditioning, you'd basically have to fill every storage space on the 5.0TA with batteries - about 40 of them, weighing around 1200lbs...

You'll want to keep an eye out for heat buildup in the compartment with the Multiplus, especially when you're taking advantage of the hybrid converter mode. That's a fair bit less...
