Our lock mechanism was changed out by Escape...

Our lock mechanism was changed out by Escape after our 'locked out' expience. The new key is not on the list and I do not know what the old number was.

Hopefully we are safe now from further lock...

We had a similar issue last fall. The dead bolt would not function. Trailer was 4 months old.

Remove the screws from one side of the hinges and the door will come out.
