Kids are grown and gone, so time to sell my beloved Escape 17B. This is a one owner trailer, bought new from factory, always stored indoors in winter and covered in summer. This trailer has almost every option available at the time of purchase, including:
2 way hot water tank (propane and electric)
2 burner stove, range hood and cover
4.3CF fridge
Surge protector
Additional opening windows over kitchen and in bathroom
Maxfan upgrade to 7000k
Additional interior lights, switches, captains LED lights
Extra insulation under trailer and thermal windows

Hi! Is your 17 B still available? I’m in Auburn,Wa and am looking for a 17B.
I just joined this forum. I had to state that I owned an RV in order to do that. I have decided that I want an Escape 17b. I guess your reply will go to my email? Please reply even if it is sold so I don’t keep bugging you.

Why, you ask? This E17B for sale has been on the forum for almost 2 weeks, and it's still available.
We already have a 2015 E17, or we'd be on the way to WA to check it out, based on the appearance and quantity of features.

is the awning manual?
