2014 ESCAPE 21 Classic, located in Maryland, is for sale.

We are selling our Escape 21 at $32,500 US.

This 2014, First Generation, Escape 21 predates the style changes to the heavier, sharper-cornered 2nd Generation models beginning with 2017 models. It reflects the excellent workmanship that Escape excelled in for many years. It has been lightly used, has been well maintained, and is in very good condition. It has never been smoked in, nor the use of fragrances, insecticides, or other such chemicals.

The layout of the trailer is as follows: From the rear is a table and bench seats on either side with overhead storage all the way aft and on both sides. Moving forward on the driver-side is a Dometic refrigerator/freezer. It is a replacement under an agreement between Escape and Dometic. We have improved the refrigerator’s performance by adding insulation panels. Next is a large closet with built-in hooks in the rear and a bar for hangers. Over the closet is the microwave. Next, going forward, are drawers at the bottom and a closet with shelves that we had Escape install. Finally, is the double-size bed with 3 overhead storage bins on the driver side and one forward storage bin forward over the bed, two underbed access doors, and, finally, the forward-facing window (with shield).

Moving forward from the rear table on the curb side is the galley, consisting of a 3-burner stove and oven and a cubby w/door at the floor level. Next is the countertop with a sliding window, and drawers and cubby w/door below. Next is on the curbside is the sink with storage below. Next is the door and then the bathroom (with toilet, shower, and exhaust fan).

Additional inside features not mentioned above include: The electrical management system with surge protector; an 11,000 BTU A/C with Digital Thermostat/Control; an Atwood Propane Heater and MAXX fan; dining table with 2-place benches on each side; a two-way water heater (120V and propane); an opening window and exhaust fan in the bathroom; Captain’s reading lights: (2) over the bed and (2) over the dinette; wired for both cable TV and over-air via roof antenna (the TV we have used in the trailer is included in the sale); microwave-ready cabinet (120V power supplied) (and the microwave is also included); stainless steel sink with cover; toilet shut-off valve (for winterization); and added electric outlets.

External Escape-installed options include: the High Lift axle, underside spray foam insulation, curbside mechanical awning, front storage box, exterior shower (with both hot and cold water), two LPG tanks with changeover regulator, front light (over storage box) and exterior lights on both sides, an exterior 12V receptacle, an exterior 120V receptacle, a removable 30 Amp power cord and adapter for shore power hook-up, an exterior cable hook up, and a locking access hatch on the driver side, a forward locking access hatch on the driver side, exterior lights on both sides; exterior cable receptacle, a locking, access hatch at the rear driver side, 4 stabilizers with sand pads, and an Andersen “No Sway” Weight Distribution Hitch, a rear camera, a solar panel, a TV antenna, 5 Aluminum wheels, the front storage box, and the front-facing window (with shield), an air conditioner, a Maxx fan, and a propane heater.
New tires were installed in 2022, and the 6-volt batteries are less than a couple of years old.

Our Escape is located in north-central Maryland: about 10 miles south of the Pennsylvania border.

I'm looking for a 19' or 21' Escape. I currently have a 2011 single axle, 5th wheel Escape 5.0, but my new truck is too high to safely pull it.

I'm located in Lewes, DE, but I'm in Frederick, MD for a few days and I'd love to look at your camper if it's still available,

Thank you,
Bob

We own a 2014 21C and plan to own it forever.
Based on the options and condition your trailer seems to be in your price is a deal and all I can say is those of you considering buying an Escape you can't go wrong going this route in my opinion.
What is the serial number on your trailer? Just curious who's was made first? After talking to Iowa Dave and a thread about this I think are 21C was one of the first 25 they produced.

All the best with the sale and someone is going to get an awesome trailer.

Enjoy the journey,
Steve

Hi Abby, this is Linsey, I had offered to buy the 21c before, but my rv sale didn't go through. I sold my rv 2 days ago and now have the cash to purchase the 21c, I actually went to the factory two years ago and really love the 21c. In order to make this deal, I have to drive to maryland from merritt island. The question is how to pay for it, cashiers check is possible unless you have a prefferred method of transaction. Let me know how you want the transaction done. Also I have to wait for the weather, I see you are having a blizzard up there.
Thank you,
Linsey Johnson
