I wanted to edit my previous post for this trailer but couldn't find a way to do it. So I'm reposting:
This '19 is a bit unusual in that it has the bed and dinette reversed: a long twin bed is in the front and a large dinette in the rear, which for my single life worked really well. The table is on a Springfield pneumatic pedestal and slides side to side.
Beside the stock equipment for this trailer and the additional items on the build sheet it comes with the following:
new Thetford foot flush toilet 2024
new propane detector 2024
new water heater anode in 2024
new foam in the seat cushions (seats only, not the backs) in 2023
4 new Carlisle tires in 2023, about 3500 miles on them
new water pump in 2022, also fresh water tank drain spigot
new vent lid in 2022
1 100 a/hr Battleborne lithium battery in 2020, along with a new converter, inside!
Lift kit installed by Escape in 2018
Fastway E2 hitch
Super heavy duty anti theft wheel lock, and a hitch lock!
Lynx leveling block and wheel chocks, plus scissor tandem wheel locks/stabilizers
wheel covers
Three little wooden shelves to store magazines, etc. 2 by table, one by bed
Three wooden boxes that fill in the space between the mattress and the front wall for storing small clothing items
2 small overhead shelves in the corners over the dining table.

I have a small, 22" TV with swivel mount that I installed early on (on the wall between fridge and dinette) but took out because I hardly used it. It can be included.
I did mostly dry camping, so opted not to have an A/C installed. There is a vent in its place that lets in a lot of light, and air. The wiring for A/C is there.
Also no inverter, though I wired in a 400W one to plug in my coffee grinder and stick blender! The hot water tank is propane only.
