This17B Escape is very clean. It has had very little use since it arrived in the U.S. in September 2020, and is in good to excellent condition. All it needs a new battery and replacement of gate valve housing.
Kitchen: large size refrigerator and a microwave oven. Refrigerator runs on electric power or propane. Standard 2-burner gas cooktop (new, replaced under warranty), range hood, a sink, storage drawers and cupboards. Heater vent is in the cabinet under the stove top. It burns propane to heat but requires electric power to run its fan. Thermostat is in rear seating area.
Bathroom: small sink, a hand-held shower, and toilet. Vent and toiletry cabinet.
Bunks/Seating Areas: large table and seating area that converts to a full-size bunk in the rear. 2-person seating area and table in front also converts to a bunk. Upholstery is vinyl, "chinchilla" color. There are new mattress pads and fitted sheets to fit the front and rear bunks. Windows and shades are in good condition and operate as they should.
Storage: Interior storage cupboard to the right of the door, overhead storage bins, and more storage available under the seats. Outside storage bin on the the trailer tongue.
Air conditioner and a vent with a fan overhead. Clearance below the air conditioner is 71 inches to the floor.
Minor scratches on the faux wood paneling next to the door, but otherwise the interior is in excellent condition.
Exterior: Fiesta awning (manual operation) can be unrolled above the door. Outlet for a shower hose on the left side. Two propane tanks in front of the storage bin on the trailer's tongue. Single marine battery (2020, so needs replacement) in a case on the rear bumper. On the left underside, the housing for the gate valve for gray water was cracked (by a passing lawn mower) and needs to be replaced; it is currently duct taped and has not leaked. Extra insulation on the underside of the trailer. New heavy duty tires including the spare. A rear-view camera is mounted above the rear window; remote screen is available for the tow vehicle. There is also a small flat-screen tv, which has never been used.
