Trailer has the following modifications and improvements:
1) Houghton 9,500 BTU air conditioner that runs off of shore power and batteries (inverter). Very quiet operation.
2) Custom stainless steel full height backsplash behind and to side of stove.
3) Pressure tank for water system to decrease pump runtime.
4) Additional Renology solar panels on roof for a total capacity of 600W.
5) 12V, 400Ah of LifePO4 batteries with low temperature cutoff and battery heaters mounted in an insulated box under rear bench for cold temperature use.
6) Microwave installed behind door above refrigerator. Microwave operates off of shore power and batteries (inverter).
7) Furnace sail switch replaced with differential pressure switch to ensure reliable operation.
8) Gaucho bunk is removable to convert to U shaped dinette.
The trailer also features:
1) Frameless windows with additional windows in bathroom and kitchen.
