We"re picking up our trailer on the 31st in Sumas. I'm shopping for items we"ll need. Does anyone have measurements of the floor in the 21C bathroom? I'm shopping for a teak or bamboo mat. Any suggestions?

Our 21C bathroom's flooring (the flat area) measures 20.5 x 23.5 inches. This then gently curves up to 21 x 24 inches, wall to wall in the area where your feet stand. We use a simple rubber mat that we roll up when we take showers and put back in after our showers to have a dry place to step afterwards...so sorry, I can't give you any leads on teak or bamboo mats....but I'm sure someone will pipe in with their's soon.

Congrats on your new 21C!! -Bea

My apologies if this comes through as a double post--I think my first one got blocked because I'm a new member and tried to post a link to an Amazon listing.

Anyway, I think the teak bath mat is a great idea and I'm looking at one on Amazon that might work based on Bea's measurements. It's a "Utoplike Teak Wood Bath Mat, Shower Mat Non Slip for Bathroom, Wooden Floor Mat Square Large for Spa Home or Outdoor (24"x18")"

I'm going to order it or something like it when I can eyeball the bathroom on my new trailer next week.

I’ve been liking for a teak mat for a while. Our 21 floor is about 26.5” by 22.5”. I’m not a fan of something significantly smaller as it may give less floor space and potentially lead to tripping/falling. Anyone had any luck with custom size mats?

I’ve decided to make a custom sized teak mat from the 12”x12” teak tiles sold on Amazon. We’ve made a template and will be modifying the squares by taking two inches off the depth and using those to make it two inches wider. I’ve purchased a bottle of teak oil as well to keep the water proof properties. We also bought a box of the edging in case that turns out to be easier than repurposing the excess that we currently off.
I’ll take a few photos along the way, but here is the template and a the links for the tiles and teak oil.

I have a 2024 21C and the 18"x24" bath mat is the proper size for the floor in mine. There are lots of choices on Amazon, etc.

We have a 2014 21C and we must have more floor space. It measures 26.5” x 22.5”
My last trailer was a 2014 21C and the same wooden bath mat (18x24) fit it too. My older one was one of the first 25 to be built, I hear from other owners comparing serial #s.

We got the teak tiles in the mail today and we started customizing them. We removed one slat from the end of two tiles (decreasing the width from 24” to about 22.5”. We added those to one side as trim/ filler. We removed two other slats from the extra tiles and put them on the other side. We still need to trim the ends flush and put apply an additional coat of teak oil to seal them.
The final measurements are going to be really close to 26.5” x 22.5”
