Hi! What am I missing to get soft start AC to run? Shore power works great. Fridge won't run either. No blown fuses. Help :)
 
If you don't already have one you most likely need a 'neutral bonding plug' for your generator.

Plug one into any of the outlets on your generator before starting it, your trailer cord plugged into one of the other generator outlets, and see if that helps.

Note this is just a 'blind plug', it has no cord and nothing else connects to it. The vast majority of portable generators have what's called "floating neutral", your trailer wants to see a "bonded neutral" power source, this inexpensive 'plug' fixes that.
