5thwheel roof hatch?

I’ve recently come across a problem with the Escape hatch above the bed in my 5.0 it seems to be opening an inch or so while traveling I called Escape since I was still in warranty and they sent me a new crank. Has anyone had to deal with something like this?
BTW Escape we’re really good with warranty,,

When I had to replace the one on my trailer Escape offered to pay to have a locate RV Repair shop to do the work. It was easy enough and took less time then delivery to a shop and then returning to pick it up. I did it myself I about an hour.
