Little things mean a lot (at least to an RV Service Manager who sees a LOT of RVs!).

Short story - I just dropped our new 17B into a local RV Dealer's Service Department to look over and deal with a very few snagging items we've found since we picked Daisy up in September.

Mike, the Manager, was impressed at first sight but, when he stepped inside and saw the quality of the finish, he was blown away. Keep in mind, this is a Service Department that sees hundreds and hundreds of RVs of different brands and models per year. He'd never before seen the new lights they're now installing - loved them - but what stood out the most to him as a true indicator of quality was how they'd cut into the trim at some join near the ceiling, sort of a little crescent-moon cut to go over a sort-of spaghetti shaped piece of plastic joinery. I WISH I could remember what the technical name of this trim/spaghetti strip was (there is one) but he said that in all his years seeing, again, hundreds of RVs he's never seen that attention to detail.

Made my heart happy so, I'm sharing here.

Always nice to hear this kind of story. Thanks for posting.

Now you've got me curious about the little crescent-moon cut. :)

Sorry, that was a bit of a tease, wasn't it? I've promised myself to remember to come back here and post a pic of it once we go to retrieve her. Stay tuned!

You are so right about the little things that matter. It's real easy get focused some imperfections and blow those out of proportion. For those of us who have owned stickies before and dealt with the continuous parade of maintenance and repair they require, the Escape is truly a gem. Enjoy.
