Bank needs nada value for escape

Hi, We have a buyer for our Escape 21C who is seeking a load from his bank. But, the bank is not finding ETI listed under NADA and so cannot determine an appropriate value. They have 3 listings for Escape; Escape, Escape Trailers, and Escape by NZ industries or something like that. None of these though have models corresponding to ETI. Any ideas, advice, or workarounds people are aware of? We can't be the first sellers to run up against this problem.

Escape Trailer Industries of Chilliwack BC. Have the bank look them up online. Be careful, they’ll want to use the value of a stick-built model called Escape, a poor alternative.

Also you can provide a copy of your bill of sale to show the value.

You could direct them to this forum’s Escape Classifieds and Classifieds Archives (along with the Escape website’s Pre-owned listings)?? At least that would give them some idea of the market. Just a thought.

NADA gets the pricing from RV sales lots and consignments. There aren't any for all-molded towables like Escapes, Casitas, Scamps, etc. 99.9% of all sales are person-to-person.

to finance a new trailer, might be worth a call. Not sure they loan on used but they know Escape Trailer .

He likely followed the advice already given, certainly have the bank to the ETI website for a start.

Google NADA Canadian RV Values. "New RV and used RV values" will usually be the first search item listed. Click this link. Then Click the type of RV which is "Travel Trailers and 5th Wheels", then there will be two options to search for the manufacturer. use the second option which says to select from the complete list of 2339 manufacturers. scroll down the alphabetical list until you reach "Escape Trailer" This will take you to the correct listing of Escape trailers.

Select the model-year of interest (note this only has data back to model year 2020), click on the model of interest to move forward with valuation. The options list makes it clear that this is not 'tailored' to Escape trailers.

Hi, curious if you have worked with them and if you found the rate/terms to be good and/or any issues (early payoff, etc). I know this thread is old and appreciate any thoughts.
