Sounds like me, Jim. About once a year I remove the grate and scrape out the inside with a plastic putty knife. The grate gets pressure washed. In between annual cleanings, it just gets burned off prior to or following each use.

Broil King Grill

I was wondering if anyone here at the Rally has one of those portable Broil King Grills hooked up to the quick connect on the trailer? If so, I would love to see how you did it!
