Bathroom window

Does the bathroom on the Escapes need a window , either for ventilation or for extra light?

The answer would be no, there is a great fan and light in the bathroom. We do have the window in ours and I would get it again. I like the natural light that comes in more than I like the bright light during the night. So personal choice, up to you what options you need and that you want.

There's dual-pane slider windows in Ten Forward. When it's raining, I'll open the MaxxFan, open the bathroom window and leave the bathroom door cracked a bit. I don't care if the bathroom gets wet. Fresh air circulation!

We would order again as well. You would have to be on an extremely tight budget not to get the bathroom window or the kitchen window. Is it required? No.

Same here. A bathroom w/o an operable window is just uncivilized IMHO.

Having lived without a bath window for almost 12 years, I have no regrets that I didn't get one ( if it was even available at the time ).

I am on a tight budget, but one thing I did order was a bathroom and kitchen window.

Anything else I can add later.

Early Escapes didn't have a bath window option. Not sure when they started. One can be added if you are crazy like me and don't mind cutting big holes but getting it from the factory is certainly the best option.

The natural light in the bathroom is a welcome addition, as well as, the ability to crack it open while running the bath fan. The bath fan kit was also a welcome upgrade for older trailers that had a static 9x9 vent. Those getting newer trailers with the standard fan and optional window are off to a great start.

I think I had the first bath window in my 2012 E19, if my memory serves me right. Completed in spring, 2012.

If you use a cleaning wand you can pass it and your hose through the window vs. dragging it through the door and your living area.

Does it need a window. No.

Is a window a useful thing to have. Absolutely.

Love the natural light and venting. Would definitely not want to go without. My wife would wholeheartedly agree.

Yes What we do and love the light too ! Pat

Besides the black tank cleaning , wand through the window , do not need to turn on light to see in daytime . Also have done what Donna does for venting and that works very well . The bath is such a small space more air and light really is great ! We use our shower and it can get pretty damp in there .Would not be without . Pat

This thread is as interesting as watching our humming birds fight over the feeders. We have two, three feet apart, and they still go at it.
